2 extra large Egg (112 g)
1 medium Banana (118 g)
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon (3.9 g)
1/2 tbsp Butter (7.1 g)
3/8 cup, sliced Strawberries (62 g)
1/2 tbsp Honey (10 g)
Directions are for original recipe of 4 serving
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, mashed bananas, and cinnamon until smooth.
Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
Pour the pancake batter onto the hot pan, forming pancakes of your desired size.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Chop the strawberries and arrange them on top of the cooked pancakes. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
