2 large Zucchini (646 g)
1/2 tsp Salt (3 g)
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese (15 g)
Directions are for the original recipe of 3 servings
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Preheat broiler.
Cut zucchini lengthwise and cut into 1/4 inch wedges.
Cook zucchini in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 1 minute. Drain and place on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with salt and parmesan cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and browned. Enjoy!
