Ingredients

Scaled to 4 serving

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil (40 g)

  • 1/2 tsp Salt (3 g)

  • 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar (11 g)

  • 1 large whole Tomatoes (182 g)

  • 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro (5.3 g)

  • 2 tsp Lemon juice (10 g)

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper (0.5 g)

  • 1 small Onions (70 g)

  • 1 fruit without refuse Mangos (207 g)

  • 1 tsp Sugar (4.2 g)

Directions

Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 servings

  1. Peel and cut mango into 1/2-inch cubes. Cut tomato into 1/2-inch cubes. Halve onion lengthwise, then thinly slice. Finely chop cilantro.

  2. Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar is dissolved, then add oil, whisking until emulsified. Add remaining ingredients and toss until coated.

  3. Enjoy!
