Creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, and melty mozzarella come together in this savory Tomato Avocado Quiche—a simple yet satisfying dish that’s perfect for meal prep, brunch, or a light dinner. With a flaky crust and rich, custard-like filling, it’s comfort food with a fresh, wholesome twist.

Ready with just 15 minutes of prep and bursting with flavor, this quiche is great warm or cold, making it a go-to for busy mornings or elegant weekend meals.


Tomato Avocado Quiche Recipe:

Per 1 slice (1 serving): 263 Calories 15.1g Carbs (2.4g Fiber) 18.6g Fat 9.5g Protein

15 minutes to prep, 50 minutes to cook


Ingredients

Scaled to 1 serving

  • 1/2 extra large Egg (28 g)

  • 2 tbsp Half and half cream (30 g)

  • 1/8 fruit Avocados (25 g)

  • 1/4 tomato Roma tomatoes (16 g)

  • 1/8 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese (14 g)

  • 1/8 pie crust Pie crust (22 g)

Directions

Directions are for original recipe of 8 slice

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Beat eggs with half and half until slightly frothy. Slice Avocado and tomatoes.

  3. Put cheese in bottom of pie crust. Place avocado and tomato on top of cheese. Pour in egg mixture.

  4. Bake for 50-55 min.
