We really like this one from Eating Primal. Ever heat up something with red sauce in the Microwave and it stains your container? Try this one. We also like the cool Cave Man on the lid.
One of my favorite things to do it make my own spice blends. You'll need some of these. Try different things: Italian, Spicy, Dill. Such a good way to add a ton of flavor without the calories!
In addition to smoothies, we make all of our dressings. Add a little oil with mustard, lemon juice, garlic and your own spices. Zip it up in one like this. You'll never buy off of a shelf again.
Same concept. You need to be able to eye ball your portions. Once you've weighed how much you can eat of something, put it in a measuring cup so you can visualize it next time better.
You can't eat within your Macros unless you weight your food (in the beginning at least). Something like this, when healthy prepping is KEY. Let us know if you need help with your Macros.
Love to store extra soup or casseroles in these. Pop one/two out in a skillet or soup pot and violla. Instantly prepped!!
Make sure your scale does more than just tell you what you weight. You also need to know your biometrics. If you need help with something like this, please let me know.
If your watch doesn't tell you how much activity you're getting, you can try something like this. See if you can beat your steps each day. It gets addicting. Get outside and move your body!! : )
This is a cool kit if you like making your own spice blends like me. I have certain spices I LOVE and others I don't so making my own blends is the only way I get exactly what I want!
Zoodles! You guys. Take a yellow squash. Zoodle it. Lay out on paper towel on a cookie sheet. Salt and let sit for 30 minutes. Rinse and toss with ANYTHING you'd use pasta for (no cooking required). You're going to love it!
We roast a lot of veggies. This makes easy work of it (but be careful!). Try zucchini, yellow squash, campari tomoto, sprinkle with your Italian spice blend, a little olive oil, salt pepper and top with Motz cheese. So good!
