3/4 tbsp Avocado oil (10 g)
3 oz Beef top sirloin (85 g)
(Cut into bite-size pieces)
1/4 medium Onions (28 g)
1/2 clove Garlic (1.5 g)
3/4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms (52 g)
1/4 tsp Paprika (0.5 g)
3/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce (2.1 g)
2 oz Whole wheat pasta (57 g)
1 cup Beef broth or bouillon canned soup (240 g)
1 1/2 tbsp Cream cheese (22 g)
3/4 tsp Dijon mustard (3.8 g)
1/4 dash Salt (0.1 g)

1/4 dash Pepper (0 g)
(To taste)
1/2 tbsp Parsley (1.9 g)
Directions are for original recipe of 4 servings
Heat half of the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bite-sized beef and a pinch of salt, frying until browned. Remove and set aside.
Heat remaining oil, add onions and fry for a minute.
Add mushrooms and garlic, deglaze the pan with a little stock, and reduce.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and paprika.
Add pasta and remaining stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 8 minutes.
Remove lid, stir in cream cheese and mustard until melted, then return beef to the pan.
Cover and simmer for another 8 minutes until the sauce is creamy and pasta is cooked.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
