4 chops without refuse Pork loin, center loin (chops) (796 g)
1/4 tsp Salt (1.5 g)
1/4 tsp Pepper (0.5 g)
4 tbsp Plum sauce (76 g)
4 tsp or 1 packet Mustard (20 g)
Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 servings
Spray a 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Rub the pork chops with the salt and pepper and place in skillet. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, until no longer pink in the center.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the plum sauce and mustard. Spoon on top of the pork and serve.
