1/2 tbsp Coconut oil (6.8 g)
4 oz Ground pork (113 g)
1 1/8 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder (18 g)
1/2 tsp Sesame butter (2.5 g)
1/2 tbsp Liquid aminos (7.5 g)
3/4 tsp Sesame oil (3.4 g)
1/4 tsp Sesame seeds (0.8 g)
1/4 head Lettuce (90 g)
1/8 cup grated Carrots (14 g)
1/16 cup, sliced Red bell pepper (5.8 g)
1/16 cup, sliced Green bell pepper (5.8 g)
1/8 cup slices Cucumber (13 g)
1/16 cup, shredded Red cabbage (4.4 g)
1/16 cup Fresh cilantro (1 g)
Directions are for original recipe of 4 serving
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and chinese five spice. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until browned throughout.
Combine tahini, aminos, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Mix well.
Serve in lettuce cups topped with grated carrot, bell peppers, cucumber, and cabbage. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
