1/4 tsp Garlic powder (0.8 g)
1/4 tsp Onion powder (0.6 g)
1/4 tsp, ground Cumin (0.8 g)
1/4 tsp Paprika (0.5 g)
1/16 tsp Salt (0.4 g)
1/16 tsp Cayenne pepper (0.1 g)
3/8 lb Tilapia (170 g)
3/4 tsp Avocado oil (3.5 g)
2 tortilla Tortillas (48 g)
1/2 cup, shredded Cabbage (35 g)
1/4 fruit Avocados (34 g)
1/4 fruit Limes (17 g)
1/16 tbsp Fresh cilantro (0.1 g)
Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 servings
Whisk together the spices.
Combine spices and rub into tilapia. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and spray with oil. Add fish and cook until the bottom is opaque, about 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, another 3-4 minutes.
With a spatula, divide fish into strips or chunks. Serve in tortillas with shredded cabbage, avocado, and a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy! 1 serving = 2 tacos
