1/2 cup Light mayonnaise (120 g)
3 oz Sweet Chili Sauce (85 g)
2 cloves, minced Garlic (6 g)
1/2 lime yields Lime juice (22 g)
1 tsp Pepper or hot sauce (4.7 g)
1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (0.2 g)
8 oz Spaghetti (227 g)
12 oz Shrimp (340 g)
1 tbsp Olive oil (14 g)
1 tsp Paprika (2.1 g)
1 dash Salt (0.4 g)
1 dash Pepper (0.1 g)
2 tbsp Parsley (7.6 g)
Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 serving
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
To make the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, garlic, lime juice, hot sauce or Sriracha, and red pepper flakes; set aside.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
Place shrimp onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper, to taste, and gently toss to combine. Place into oven and roast just until pink, firm and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp and mayonnaise mixture. Garnish with parsley and serve.
