3 oz Cod (85 g)
1/4 tsp Salt (1.5 g)
3/4 tsp Wheat flour (2 g)
1/4 large Egg (12 g)
(Beaten)
2 tbsp Bread crumbs (14 g)
1/16 tsp Garlic powder (0.2 g)
1/16 tsp, ground Oregano (0.1 g)
1/4 spray Pam cooking spray (0.1 g)
1/4 medium whole Tomatoes (31 g)
(Diced)
1/8 small raw Red Onion (8.7 g)
(Diced)
1/2 cup, chopped Cabbage (44 g)
2 tortilla, small Tortillas (60 g)
3 tbsp Greek yogurt (45 g)
1/16 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (11 g)
(Grated)
1/4 clove Garlic (0.8 g)
(Crushed)
1/4 tsp Lemon juice (1.3 g)
3/8 tsp Dill (0.1 g)
1/4 dash Pepper (0 g)

Directions are for original recipe of 8 tacos
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Grate the peeled and seeded cucumber using a box grater or food processor. Drain the liquid using a metal strainer, pressing with the back of a spoon to remove excess moisture.
Combine the drained cucumber with yogurt, crushed garlic, lemon juice, dill, a quarter of the salt, and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Season the cod with half of the remaining salt and cut into strips.
Place flour on a plate and beaten egg in a shallow bowl. Mix breadcrumbs with remaining salt, garlic powder, and oregano on another plate.
Coat the fish strips in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Spray with oil and bake for 5-6 minutes, turn, and bake for another 5-6 minutes until golden.
To serve, place shredded cabbage on each tortilla, top with fish, tzatziki sauce, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
