Raspberry Salmon Recipe:

Per fillet (1 serving): 337 Calories 8.3g Carbs (4.1g Fiber) 17.9g Fat 34.5g Protein

30 minutes to prep, 10 minutes to cook


Ingredients

Scaled to 4 fillet

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (27 grams)

  • 24 oz Atlantic salmon (680 grams)

  • 1 tsp Salt (6 grams)

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper (1.1 grams)

  • 2 cup Raspberries (246 grams)

  • 1 tsp brownulated Brown sugar (3.2 grams)

Directions

Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 fillet

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.

  2. Coat Large glass baking dish with the oil. Add the salmon and sprinkle salt and pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes.

  3. In bowl massage the raspberries and brown sugar together. Spread over top of salmon.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Increase heat to broil and broil the salmon for 2 minutes. Serve. Each fillet is from 6 ounces of uncooked salmon.
