Hello Healthy Meal Preppers!
It doesn't get much easier than this. We are a once-a-month-Costco fam and canned chicken is staple in our pantry.
Have you ever made your own mayonnaise? It's sooooo easy. I do it in our little personal blender (like this one on Amazon). I use this thing multiple times a week. I'll try to remember to film myself the next time I make it. I use avocado oil. It's better than store-bought in my opinion. You'll have to plan ahead if you want the Tarragon, unless you're fancy and always have it on hand. If you are, props.
Per 1 serving: 112 Calories • 1.9g Carbs (0.2g Fiber) • 5.4g Fat • 13.3g Protein
10 minutes to prep, 20 minutes to cook
Scaled to 4 serving
1 cup Canned chicken (205g)
1 1/4 tbsp Mayonnaise-like dressing (18.4g)
3 tsp Dijon mustard (15g)
3 tsp, leaves Tarragon (1.8g)
1 tbsp Lemon juice (15g)
Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 servings
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use as desired. Enjoy!
