1/8 medium Onions (14 g)
1/2 cloves, minced Garlic (1.5 g)
3/4 tsp Coconut oil (3.4 g)
7/16 cup Coconut milk (99 g)
3/4 cup Chicken broth (180 g)
1/4 tsp Sauce, hot chile, sriracha (1.2 g)
1/8 tsp Ginger (0.2 g)
1/4 tsp Salt (1.5 g)
1/4 lime yields Lime juice (11 g)
1/4 tbsp, chopped Basil (0.7 g)
2 oz Chicken breast (57 g)
1/16 cup, chopped Scallions (6.2 g)

Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in coconut oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat until translucent. Chop the chicken into thin slices.
Add the chicken broth, coconut milk, and all seasonings. Simmer for about 15 minutes, reducing the heat if it starts to boil.
Add the chicken slices and bring the soup back up to temperature, cooking for 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Top each bowl with fresh basil and garnish with green onions.
