1 breast fillet Chicken breast (118 g)
1/4 dash Pepper (0 g)
1/4 dash Salt (0.1 g)
1/16 cup Sauce, pesto, Classico, basil pesto, ready-to-serve (21 g)
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (5 g)
1/8 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese (14 g)
Directions are for original recipe of 4 serving
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the chicken on a foil lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Rub the tops of the chicken with the pesto then sprinkle with both cheeses. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and registers an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
