Ingredients
Scaled to 1 Burrito
1/4 cup Brown rice (46 g)
2 tbsp Red bell pepper (19 g)
1/2 fruit Avocados (100 g)
2 large Egg (100 g)
2 tbsp Salsa (32 g)
1 tortilla Tortillas (24 g)
Directions

Cook rice according to package directions.
While rice is cooking chop bell pepper and slice avocado. Set aside.
When rice is done cooking, crack egg into a bowl and scramble with a fork. Add eggs to a nonstick cooking pan and cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until egg is scrambled and cooked through.
Combine cooked rice, egg, bell pepper, avocado and salsa in tortilla. Wrap up and serve.
