Ingredients
Scaled to 1 slice
1/2 extra large Egg (28 g)
2 tbsp Half and half cream (30 g)
1/8 fruit Avocados (25 g)
1/4 tomato Roma tomatoes (16 g)
1/8 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese (14 g)
1/8 pie crust Pie crust (22 g)
Directions
Directions are for original recipe of 8 slice
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat eggs with half and half until slightly frothy. Slice Avocado and tomatoes.
Put cheese in bottom of pie crust. Place avocado and tomato on top of cheese. Pour in egg mixture.
Bake for 50-55 min.
