Ingredients
Scaled to 1 serving
4 oz Ground beef (113 g)
1/4 medium Onions (28 g)
3/8 tbsp Rosemary (0.6 g)
3/8 tsp Sage (0.2 g)
1/4 tsp Coriander seed (0.4 g)
1/8 tsp Salt (0.8 g)
1/8 tsp Pepper (0.3 g)
3/8 tsp Olive oil (1.7 g)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400F (204C). Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion in oil until softened, about 5 minutes. Let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onions and all the spices using your hands. Form into 2-inch balls and arrange on sheet pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
