  • 3/8 cup, chopped Onions (60 g)

  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil (6.8 g)

  • 3/4 tsp Lemon juice (3.8 g)

  • 1/8 tsp Rosemary (0.1 g)

  • 1/16 tsp, ground Thyme (0.1 g)

  • 1/16 tsp, ground Oregano (0.1 g)

  • 1/16 tsp, ground Basil (0.1 g)

  • 1/16 tsp Paprika (0.1 g)

  • 3/4 cloves, minced Garlic (2.2 g)

  • 1/8 tsp Salt (0.8 g)

  • 1/16 tsp Pepper (0.1 g)

  • 1/4 lb Pork tenderloin (113 g)

Directions

Directions are for original recipe of 6 serving

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine the onions, olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.

  4. Place the pork in a shallow roasting pan and bake uncovered for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 175°F.

  5. Remove from the oven, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
