Ingredients

  • 4 oz Shrimp (113 g)

  • 2/3 fruit without seeds, Lemons (72 g)

  • 1/8 stick Butter (11 g)

  • 11/16 tbsp Lemon juice (10 g)

  • 2/3 cloves, minced Garlic (2 g)

  • 1/16 tsp, ground Oregano (0.1 g)

  • 1/16 tsp, leaves Thyme (0.1 g)

  • 1/16 tsp, ground Basil (0.1 g)

  • 3/16 dash Salt (0.1 g)

  • 3/16 dash Pepper (0 g)

  • 1 tsp Parsley (1.3 g)

Directions

Directions are for original recipe of 6 servings

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat it with nonstick spray.

  2. Thread shrimp and lemon halves onto skewers. Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet and roast until the shrimp are pink, firm, and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, and basil until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve the shrimp skewers immediately, brushed with the butter mixture and garnished with parsley, if desired.
